Kasmani Dollah has conducted a few series of workshop and corporate training since 1997. He speaks dynamically, has close rapport with the participants and audiences and is able to sustain their interest and attention during the session. With his experiences as a Master Trainer at Association of Muslim Professionals, mentoring many trainers to develop training skills and also the ability to conduct training and delivering skills to many executives in his organizations. He is able to have a good interpersonal skills with others. With his sanguine personality, he has the ability to entertain and share his experiences and knowledge to the participants. He has worked with the Singapore Police Force as a trainer since 1983 to 1997.

He is also a Certfied CREST (Critical enabling Skill Training) trainer and Certified Singapore Workforce Skills Trainers with full (ACTA) Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessor from Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and are qualified to conduct courses for all Singapore Approved Training Organisation (ATO) and Continuing Education and Training Centre (CET). He is also an experienced youth trainer, who has a vast knowledge of youth issues and ways of tackling them. A motivated speaker and trainer, Mr Kasmani is also actively involved in community work with the AMP (Association of Muslim Professional), PPIS (Young Women Muslim Association), Pertapis (Islamic Theological Association of Singapore) and Jamiyah (The Muslim Missionary Society of Singapore) and Yayasan Mendaki.

He had organised camp for government and public schools to conduct Seminar for students of Madrasah Al MAarif on " Ëxam Preparation ". He also conduct Talks and Workshop for Teenagers at 4PM (Persatuan Persuratan Pemuda Pemudi Melayu) Young Men and Women Association.

He is Certified MPC (Marriage Preparatory Course) Trainer for Ministry of Social and Family and conduct seminar on MPC at various mosques. Trained various supervisor on Professional Supervisory Skill for Houdini Project (SHELL PETROLEUM) at Pulau Ular. various group of participants from Holland, Australia, Myammar, India, Phillipines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailamd, Republic of China and Japan
