Upon completing his service as a police officer with the Singapore Police Force in 1997, Kasmani Dollah was offered employment as a Computer Trainer with IT Company: Micro skills Training Services and Smart Team Pte Ltd. His career as a computer trainer conducting computer skills to school teachers in Singapore in the late ’90s to early ’20s
Before being a freelance trainer, he started to work with the AMP Association of Muslim Professionals as a Digital and Computer Master Trainer. Conducting Microsoft Office Skills Software to various mosques in Singapore.
He had conducted computer programmes for inmates at rehabilitation centres such as Pertapis, Jamiyah Halfway House Darul Islah, Selarang Camp Drug Rehabilitation Centre, Lloyd Leas Centre, Moon Crescent Prison and Admiralty Prison.
After more than two decades as a freelance trainer, Kasmani was offered the opportunity by 4PM (Malay Youth Literary Association) to coach single mothers to start a home-based business. As a result, more than 100 single mothers learn how to run a business from home using digital resources from the internet.
He also specializes in Digital Internet Software Tools for blended and e-learning, such as Whiteboard Video Animation, Webpage Design, MobileApps Design and Facebook Marketing. In addition, Institute for Adult Learning Singapore, Adult Education Network, had offered him to trained adult educators on using Digital Tools to conduct online training.
Kasmani Dollah is a Certified ICDL (International Certificate of Digital Literacy) is an internationally recognized certificate. It certifies practical skills in the most commonly used computer applications such as Essential Skills: Computer and Online Essentials. Office Applications: Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, Online Collaboration, Digital Marketing, Big Data and Internet of Thing (IoT)
He had served Mendaki as an adjunct Trainer since the day Mendaki Sense was born.
Due to his passion and background in e-commerce and the internet, in 2015, he started his own company, The Learning and Training Consultancy. The same year, his company was given an opportunity by Lifelong Learning Council Singapore, under LearnSG Seed Fund, to run a workshop on Becoming a YouTuber.
Kasmani Dollah is an e-commerce marketer in addition to teaching Digital Marketing. He makes money by selling digital products on Clickbank, Warrior Plus, and JVZoo. Through his company, The Learning and Training Consultancy, he had trained more than 750 participants to learn how to make money online by selling digital or physical products through an e-commerce platform.
With barely one year operational, Kasmani Dollah decided to put his total commitment in the business. As a result, his company is prosperous because it multiplied his income even in that first year.
From that point onward, Kasmani Dollah worked full time from the comfort of his home as a freelance trainer conducting online courses and equipped with nothing more than a laptop and the internet.
Not only in Singapore, but he also trained participants from Perth, Australia, Brunei, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Currently, Kasmani Dollah conducts his signature training program known as DiST (Digital Internet Software Tools Program) and 2MIP (Two Month Intensive Program). The programs teach people how to run Internet Business Online via Social and Digital Marketing.
He is Certified SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) with a full (ACTA) Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment and *DACE) Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education.
He is an Accredited Coach with the Muslim Coaches Association of Singapore.
